职位描述：
POSITION REQUIREMENT :
1. Experience in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
2. Solid Purchasing experience (Supplier research, Supplier evaluation, Negotiation, Total cost analysis, Logistics, Procurement, …);
3. 1-2 years Knowledge on major appliance industry will be preferred
4. Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications (engineering background strongly preferred);
5. A full appreciation of Value Analysis techniques and Quality Control functions.
6. Collaboration and liaison skills in respect to internal personnel-Engineering, Quality, Production and Production Control.
7. Good computer application skills. (i.e. Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook ,etc.)
8. Ability to represent the organization with integrity and professionalism.
9. Prefer engineering or other relevant qualifications.
