职位描述：
Mission
- Purchasing of the raw parts (casting & forging) & NPR material
- Manage the external & internal logistics processes

Responsibilities
- Quotation requests to suppliers. Supplier approvals.
- Evaluate quotations, select supplier, negotiate and establish purchase agreements.
- Update supplier documents and information in databases
- Daily PO & delivery management of the raw parts to ensure the on time delivery according to FT
- Manage the material ordering, MRP, stock rotation, Goods-In to storage and Despatch to
- Forecasting/ solving the difficulties & critical issues on product delivery with the suppliers
- Communicate with the third party logistics company for shipment arrangement


Candidate Profile
Education/Training
- B.S or above in material Engineering or similar

Professional Experience
- At least 3 years purchasing & supply chain experience. Strong negotiating skills
- Solid knowledge and experience with MS Office.
- Knowledge in ERP system, prefer M3
- Basic knowledge of the iron casting requirements.
- NPR purchasing ( tools, quenching liquids, grease, magnetic partical, package, etc) knowledge 举报 分享

长春分公司：位于长春长春市农安县合隆镇（合隆经济开发区孙菜园子村）。主要业务为标准动车组、城际铁路动车组、地铁车辆、轻轨车辆等提供车门系统提供产品和服务。车门类型包含塞拉门，内藏式移门，外挂式移门，折页门等产品。
长春分公司组织结构包括生产、工艺、质检、仓储；生产工序主要由加工、装配、试验三大部分组成。
