职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、全面负责行政日常管理工作；
2、负责公司的用车、食堂、安保、住宿、办公用品等日常行政事务的管理与安排，并做好行政成本的控制；
3、组织实施客服接待和会议安排工作，根据各部门要求及宾客行程做好会议室的安排工作；协助完成公司大型会议会务；
4、负责公司各项活动的策划与组织工作，配合建设与推动企业文化；
5、负责公司固定资产的管理和盘点工作；
6、负责公司与外部机构的联系对接工作，确保各项工作的顺利开展；
7、负责公司环保、排污、专利、项目的申报工作；
8、上级交代的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，有3年以上相关行政管理工作经验，有一定的地域资源人脉者优先；
2、具有亲和力和责任心，具备较强的服务意识；
3、具备较强的统筹规划、沟通协调与解决问题的能力；
4、具备较强的管理能力、抗压能力和团队管理培育能力；
