The Food Checker is responsible for the proper execution of the work assigned to him by his supervisor.
打荷将以专业的工作台度协助上司保持他负责范围内得出方运作
He is to prepare and accommodate all daily food products.
协助准备每天必备的酱料与食品
He is to maintain at all times proper cleanliness and hygiene in all work, store and refrigeration areas.
负责保持厨房部和货仓的卫生和清洁
He is to prepare all relevant Mise en Place for future preparations.
负责所有原料的初热加工，准备酱料和掌握烹调前和烹调后的工作次序

Responsible for preparing all food in his assigned section.
打荷将负责协助上司准备酱料和掌管所有厨房餐具
Have a good knowledge of all menus being offered in the respective kitchen at any one time.
必须要对酒店内所有中菜和宴会部菜单有所认识
Ensure that all kitchen Mise en Place is prepared according to production plan.
依照厨师的安排准时预备各类烹调原料
Check food storage areas and refrigerators for cleanliness and proper functioning and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
每天检查所有料头柜和冰箱,确保卫生与操作正常,如有损坏,尽快报告上司
To ensure constant rotation of all stocks in the kitchens.
确保所有货源能分开新旧和流动正常
To ensure highest standards of hygiene are always adhered to throughout food preparation.
在处理食物时,要严格确保卫生安全
Responsible for the cleanliness of respective section and always keep work stations clear, clean and tidy.
经常保持打荷工作范围清洁与卫生
Ensure all equipment is cleaned regularly.
用完厨具后,要立即清洗, 定期保养器具
Ensure Mise en Place is always done according to the standards set by the Executive Chef.
确保遵照行政总厨所规定的条例预备各类烹调原料
