职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Ensure implementation of EHS programs and procedures which are in line with GE corporate and local regulation requirements on Occupational health and safety management.
? Ensure the robust key EHS Framework elements ( like Fire Prevention/SRA/High Risk operations/Lockout Tagout/Contractor Safety) control systems in place effectively
? Drive EHS regulation compliance with china code
? Coordinate with production and engineering professionals on the introduction or modification and engineering process, track and report on conditions to site EHS manager.
? Lead and reinforce the regular supervisor scorecard review mechanism and provide related metrics at site safety committee
? Ensure all work required safety devices and PPEs are functionally in place.
? Ensure all site personnel are provided with adequate safety training with necessary certificates required by GE and local authorities.
? Coordinate Injury & Illness cases investigation and monitor programs for reduction of injury rate. Accident Reporting, Investigation and follow up.
? Drive inspections and housekeeping program, ensure findings identified, tracked and closed within business timeframe.
? Proactively provide support to project and EHS teams as a team player.
? Proactively lead and engaged in EHS improvement projects for major safety mitigation tasks (e.g , machine guarding, fall protection, lifting safety, noise control, fume exhaust collection, confine space entry controls)

Requirement:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental or Occupational Safety and health field or equivalent EHS experience.
? 3+ years’ experience in heavy manufacturing (welding, machining, heavy lifting)
? Good oral and written English skills
? Adequate dedicated time on the shop floor, ability to communicate with operators
? Demonstrated leadership skills to make and accelerate changes in safe manner and embrace positive safety culture
? Problem solving skills - able to lead team to determine root cause and develop practical solutions
? Willing to immediately stop production and/or any unsafe acts witnessed on site
? Openness in reporting issues and encouraging others to report 举报 分享
