6.负责日常采购合同、协议的签署，对合同的执行进行管理。
7.负责对供货商的信誉进行调研。

1.大专以上文化程度，从事酒店采购工作3年以上，具有丰富的采购知识和经验。
2.熟练掌握MC系统。
3.拥有各类物资供应商，并与他们建立牢固、良好的业务关系。
4.懂基础英语。常采购工作定期与材料会计、用货部门共同进行市场调查，开发货源。
