KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1. Project update in CRM upon the project is set up correctly and timely. Project update in PMS from the very beginning to the accomplishment. Maintain data in JDE correctly, timely and efficiently.
2. Quote/Work Order/Amendment preparation and signature tracking.
3. Invoicing and Revenue recognition.
4. Improve the current work flow and making changes continuously. Fully execution of the effective SOP.
5. Assist to complete RFI from potential clients. Support work of company’s global business development.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Biology or Pharmaceutical plus 2-3 related working experience.
2. Good at English writing and speaking. Overseas working experience is preferred.
3. Expert in office software such as excel, word and power point.
4. Working patiently and efficiently. Willing to learn. Strong sense of responsibility.
5. Abilities of communication, acceptance and execution.
