3.有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力，熟练操作办公软件，具领导及分析能力，良好的团队合作精神；
4.八年以上大型快速消费品公司销售及管理经验；
5.性格成熟稳重.
岗位职责:
1.管理江西安徽区域之业务人员，完成本地区销售指标\收帐等；
2.协助销售员与各地之分销商配合以拓展面粉业务；
3.协助开拓市场；
4.协助执行市场拓展及销售策略；
5.协助完成公司指定之销售指标，并协助帐款回收工作；
6.对下属的工作进行评估并协助制定和实施绩效改善计划；
7.对本区域业务人员进行培训，指导。
