JOB SUMMARY职位概要:

Responsible for all industrialization of project, process, tools, internal and external improvement of production. Work closely with design, purchasing and production office.

Use IT tools and English language.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities(list details) 主要工作职责（详细列明）：

1.Follow-up and give assistance to the design office engineering.

2.Write and maintain up to date all project and special process documents.

3.Follow-up and assist internal production as well as main sub-contractors production.

4.Plan, manage and realize the necessary investments for production equipments.

5.Conceive and design jigs and special tools.

6.Study and organize the workstations, permanently try to improve the flow and working capital.

7.Check the good respect of processes and correct use of tools

8.Anticipate production risks, quality risks.

9.Communicate & work closely with design, purchasing, production and administration departments.

Qualifications资格要求:

1.Bachelor degree, Major in Electro/mechanical

2.Have an industrial experience from 2 to 5 years will be better (small ou medium production series)

3.Know how to use IT tools (word, excel, ProE …)

4.English speaking, reading, writing

5.Able to follow-up several projects at the same time

6.Creative, imaginative and practical sense

唐山分公司组织结构包括生产、质检、仓储；生产工序主要由
机械加工、焊接、铆接、组装等部分组成。
长春分公司：位于长春长春市农安县合隆镇（合隆经济开发区孙菜园子村）。主要业务为标准动车组、城际铁路动车组、地铁车辆、轻轨车辆等提供车门系统提供产品和服务。车门类型包含塞拉门，内藏式移门，外挂式移门，折页门等产品。
长春分公司组织结构包括生产、工艺、质检、仓储；生产工序主要由加工、装配、试验三大部分组成。
