Job description:
To help the clients to set up and maintain company's IT infrastructure, ensure the normal operation of business.
Job duties:
1) Maintain company's IT infrastructure, including software and hardware, network;
2) Set up and equipped with simple computer network, according to demand design network solutions;
3) To maintain the customer data center, including the server, network equipment, storage devices
4) Familiar with database management and backup management;
5)Tnstallation and maintenance company computer, server system software and application software;
6) Solve eliminate all sorts of software and hardware failure, make records, regular production system run reports;
7) Coordination third party support help customers solve problems;
8) Have the ability to develop and lead IT infrastructure projects.
Capacity requirements:
1) Above 3 years experience in technical support;
2) Proficient in Windows, Linux, Unix and so on many kinds of server operating system;
3) Master database, the mail server, proxy server;
4) Proficient in storage and disaster preparedness technology;
5) To understand basic network technology. Familiar with ZhongDiDuan switches, firewall, the general framework of the router and solutions.
6) Understand virtualization technology;
7) Understand the network, telephone and monitoring of electricity project;
8) Good English written and oral communication skills. Europe and America have enterprise working experience will be preferred;
9) Have strong communication ability and the team cooperation ability, can discover the customer new demand.
Education background/certificate:
Computer related bachelor degree or above;
Cet 4 or above, level 6 priority;
ITIL the authentication priority;
Microsoft related MCSE certification, MCP is preferred
