职位描述
1 | Product and process quality improvement for defined areas of responsibility. |
2 | Develop, implement, and lead the process audit process on equipment assembly. Develop process and system audit checklists and schedules. |
3 | Maintain accurate and complete records of audit results and corrective actions. Develop trends of process and system audit results, and follow-up on audit results to ensure completion of corrective/preventive actions |
4 | Assist with the processing of Nonconforming (NC) Material. This will involve interaction with SQE, Production, Buyers, and engineering. |
5 | Generate NC's and work with various departments to provide efficient and timely flow of rejected material. |
6 | Problem solving and continues improvement. |
7 | Gauge design to check process product quality. |
8 | Coordinate the implementation of ECN (Engineering Change Notice). |
9 | To implement ISO 9000/14000 seriously and improve quality / environment. |
10 | Mechanical assembly plant process quality experience prefered. |
