工作内容：

• 内、外部培训
• 利用CCDB收集和分析客户反馈
• 确保客户得到及时、准确、恰当的反馈
• 根据客户反馈将意见反馈到适当的负责人、部门.
• 统计客户抱怨和分析报告
• 按照需要参与会议
• 同时，必须参与到日常测试和开发工作中
• 解码器车辆诊断通讯协议测试
• 测试结果标准数据记录
• 测试结果数据库录入
• 车辆通讯数据的记录
• 根据需要向研发工程师具体描述测试中发现的问题
• 保持或发展与测试合作单位的关系

要求：

· 有使用解码器进行车辆维修诊断的经验

· 具备电脑数据录入经验

· 具有一定英语读写能力；

· 有良好的沟通技能

· 能熟练使用MS OFFICE软件

· 具备基本的计算机基础知识
