职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Reporting to Head of Finance, the incumbent will manage and co-ordinate full spectrum of financial, accounting and tax reporting requirements for China operations
? Develop management reports and financial analyses to provide support for business units
? Monitor and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions
? Develop and initiate internal control and process improvement measures, and to maintain effective accounting system for local operations
? Close interaction with US Head Office and Corporate Processing Center
? Work as partner with Operation Teams and overseas offices when attending to queries and requests from vendors
? Perform annual budgeting process for capital investment and recurring expenditure
? Provide support for ad hoc assignment as required from time to time

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Requirements:
? Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with professional accounting qualification, preferably CICPA
? Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience of which 3 years’ supervisory experience gained from multinational companies
? Experience handling tax filings in China
? Good working knowledge of SAFE regulations
? Preferably with experience in Oracle accounting system
? Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
? Strong leadership in project management with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Well-organized, meticulous and able to work independent and under pressure
? Good command in both written and spoken English
