Main Responsibilities
- Assisting in event operations, e.g accommodation, flights management
- Assisting with information searching, material preparing;
- Assisting operation teams on proposals, event report and other paper works
- Assisting in project preparing support, vender management and onsite execution.
- Assisting PR & Marketing collaterals
Experience/Education Required
- Great passion to Sports;
- Good in English skills.
- At least 4 days of full time work per week;
- Attention to details, well-organized and open minded;
- Excellent communication skills and office software skill;
- Self-motivated, showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure;
