职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 有效贯彻公司的各类营销策略，开发多种推广手段，提高品牌知名度；
2. 依托公司整体资源优势，开发新客户，多元化拓展业务；
3. 按流程向客户提供咨询、租车服务及跟踪服务；
4. 协助客户办理租车的相关手续，并对已成交客户进行跟踪服务；
5. 负责公司形象、品牌的策划包装宣传工作；

任职资格：
1.大专及以上学历，专业不限，营销类、管理类等相关专业优先；
2.具有良好的学习能力和沟通协调能力，工作积极主动，有亲和力；
3.具备优秀的专业知识和责任意识，认真、踏实，团队意识强；
4.有社会实践或学生社团干部经验者优先考虑。

薪酬待遇：
1.试用期（含实习期）大专：2000元/月、本科：2300元/月；
2.转正后提供有竞争力的薪酬，薪资模式为：底薪+绩效考核奖金/提成+年终奖；
