职位描述：
接受客户订单，预测及相关客户需求，协调组织相关单位做订单评审并根据评审结果和客户进行沟通协调以达到客户满意。
整理客户预测，结合公司实际情况针对客户的备货，交期等因素做出判断和调整建议。
1.接受顾客的订单。
2.将客户预测定期整理并发给相关部门，作为备料的依据。
3.将客户订单需求转换成内部订单，作为计划安排生产的依据之一。
4.组织相关部门进行订单评审
5.对相应的客户订单进行评审并根据评审结果和客户进行沟通。
6.根据沟通最终结果向客户确认交期。
7.和客户维持良好关系。
8.接到顾客投诉时区分投诉种类并根据程序进行处理。
9.处理以后应积极追踪结果并和客户保持好关系。
10.当客户订单需要取消或者更改时先首先跟销售确认条款以及库存，原材料的资源，本着客户满意度原则作出决定后应及时通知计划更改相应的资料。

能力要求：
了解ISO9000 、TS16949.等标准.
了解相关产品的制造过程所涉及的知识，模具，注塑，材料及设备
有客服经验或者计划经验。
良好的理解，表达和沟通能力。
