? Establish and maintain business relationship with key customers.
? To participate on the contract negotiation, tender process and source deal
? To optimize the winning chance of any business development case with reasonable balance on finance, costing, capacity planning, delivery and budget control for assured profitability
? Spearheading and assist with the growth and management of business in North Asia
? To provide any business development advices to senior management, develop creative workable solutions to meet or exceed our customers’ solutions.
? Perform various financial researches and modeling functions with respect to the existing investments of the group
? Accurately and completely update property valuations as required within established timeframes
? Evaluation on asset management function for existing portfolio, such as evaluation of major capital projects, major leasing transactions on existing assets and major asset decisions
? To participate in transaction due diligence efforts
? Presenting the companies in the financial market/economic related services to senior management
? Utilize effective communication or negotiation skills, employing diplomacy and sensitivity to resolve critical or escalated issues affecting the customer, staff, or senior management.
? Develop & maintain existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods and relevant communication, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
