职位描述：
【您将主要负责】
1、熟悉店铺主要商品的特点，清楚的给买家介绍产品，解答买家问题；
2、热情接待顾客，提高店铺询单转化率和客单价；
3、做好特殊情况的备注；
4、跟踪催促拍下未付款订单.

【这需要您】
1、有一定电商服饰类目客服经验者佳；
2、熟悉电脑的基本操作，打字速度50字/分以上；
3、对待工作有热情，有责任心，工作踏实，为人随和，良好的销售技巧和服务意识；
4、善于沟通，勤奋，能吃苦，要具备解答问题百问不厌的精神，要细心，有耐性，不急躁，能随机应变.


***薪资; 120元-140元/天（按8小时/天计算） 包吃

薪资发放; 双11结束当天发放现金

培训：双11前一周公司会统一安排客服培训

面试：预约面试时间（周一到周六都可）测打字速度
