职位描述：
1、负责电商中心的人员招聘；
2、协助电商总监挖掘吸纳电商行业优秀人才；
3、制定有激励性的人员管理机制和绩效方案；
4、负责电商中心内部日常沟通协调工作，营造良好的团队氛围；
5、协助电商总监处理各种外部事务，营造良好的公共关系；
6、协助电商总监编写商务合同、制作PPT等；
7、完成电商总监安排的其他临时工作。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，人力资源、行政管理、市场营销、英语、文秘等相关专业；
2、至少一年以上人力资源、电商猎头等相关工作经验；
3、熟练使用办公软件word、Excel、PPT等，有一定的PPT制作功底和商务写作能力；
4、具备强烈的责任感，事业心，良好的沟通能力，灵活机敏，洞察力，具备严谨的逻辑思维能力；
5、有电商或者互联网企业招聘管理工作经验或人脉资源者优先；
