主要职责：

负责文档外包服务项目的销售，客户拜访和客户维护，完成公司的销售指标。

Duties
1. Perform sales calls on existing and potential corporate accounts to secure maintain their Records Management business.
2. Update information into the ACT system RM database.
3. Prepare corporate account quotations and procedures.
4. “Working the Chain”. Following the guidelines to develop sales leads for new business.
5. Insure that accounts are provided with a courteous, friendly and efficient service.
6. Attend social and Chambers of Commerce functions.
7. Pass sales leads from accounts to the HHG, Relocation Service, Office Move and General Storage divisions.
8. Attend weekly general meeting with CSR and Operation team.
9. All the customer’s information or related confidential information acquired must not be let out to any 3rd party.

2. 具备市场营销或销售工作潜质，良好的电话沟通技巧和组织能力
3. 诚信敬业有良好的团队协作精神
4． 工作积极主动,能够在压力下工作，适应快速发展的企业要求
Requirements:
1. College or above degree,
2. Good English and computer skill
3. Minimum 1~3 years sales experience in service industry, should bear strong stress to complete the sales target
4. Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skill, and good problem resolving ability
