Duties
l open hardcopy files and open jobs in ReloAssist system
l Assist service teams updating files, ReloAssist, TMS
l Assist with temp housing booking, researching local expat information
l Issue invoice according to company policy
l Assist with chasing payments
l Run reports as required by account managers, management
l Prepare materials for consultants (bag, basket, itinerary, property lists)
l Assist with check in, check out, TMS when required

Requirements:
l College or above degree, relevant experience in Assistant, Admin, Real Estate or customer service
l Good English & Mandarin Chinese, MS word, excel, ppt, multi-task
l Teamwork, careful, diligence and positive, and with high sense of responsibility
l Handle pressure (peak season), report to more than 1 manager
