督导员
根据工作安排组织和领导操作小组进行搬运现场的包装和操作
负责管理操作小组的工作态度，效率，质量，进度等等
保证操作小组在现场的安全操作
准备现场操作相关的报告和文件资料
负责与客户的沟通与交流工作，对他们的疑问，咨询和需求做出回应和反馈
职位需求：
1.大专以上学历，英语系优先
2.具备良好的英语能力，能和外籍人士进行工作交流，抗压能力强.
3.勤奋踏实，能吃苦，有责任心和团队合作精神
4.此工作为公司基本管理职位，从事工人管理和现场督导，以及与外籍客人的交流服务工作。要求有一定的管理水平\沟通能力及服务意识。
5.有涉外饭店\涉外导游工作经验优先
6.仅限男性,家住青浦徐泾优先

Operation Supervisor
Requirement:
1. College Degree or above，major in English
2. Good command of both written and oral English, be able to communicate with foreign clients smoothly.
3. Hard working, reliable, with high sense of responsibility and coordination
4. Service oriented, good organizational, management, and communication skills.
5. Previous work experience under a foreign-related service environment is preferred
