Job Description

This position plays an instrumental role in the day to day team management and operations for the Relocation Department. To qualify for this vibrant and exciting role, we need you to possess the following skills and experience:

• Manage a team of relocation specialists, provide guidance and support on day to day operations
• Audit and measure service quality according to the pre-defined metrics for each individual services
• Collate, analyze service activity reports; project trend and implement relevant changes to maintain quality service level
• As the best go-to resources for the team, train new staff members and be mentor for the team to support the daily service delivery activities
• Analyze discrepancies and implement timely remedial actions
• Responsible for the overall profitability of the relocation business line. Suggest solutions and provide support for new business opportunities

Desired Skills & Experience

• Candidates MUST have working experience in Shanghai.
• Degree holder in Business Administration or any related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' managerial/customer experience for a medium size team gained in either in mobility industry, service industry or a service partner
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a MUST; Mandarin Chinese is preferred
• Possess excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills; versatile, attention to details and well organized with a consistent focus on quality and a passion for customers
• Proficient computer skills in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work under pressure
