职位描述：

1.Support GM

a.Provide general secretarial and administrative support and assistance to GM

b.Assist GM in documents preparation and consolidation;

c.Provide administrative support to HQ colleagues when they travel to Local office;

d.Manage the company chops and Record the usage

2.Report

a.Documentation management (Board Papers, EXCO Papers, PCG Papers, Gift records, FR, etc)

b.Collation of regular reports

c.Assist and ensure the reports for PCG/EXCO/BOD approval process

d.Maintain awareness of incentives program with the various agencies and suggest innovative ways to seek such support, both monetary and non-monetary, as appropriate.

3.Establish strong and long term rapport with local officials.

4.Serve as policy advisor to the team on issues related to the park.

5.Research, monitor, analyze, and evaluate regulation issues that may have an impact on the park to determine needs for action and recommend action to be taken.

6.Develop and implement a communication program to keep the team informed on governmental issues affecting the park at all levels of government.

7.Perform other related duties incidental to task described herein as assigned by the Senior General Manager eg. Marketing and sales, event organizing, etc.
