岗位职责：

1. 管理和监督业务全流程，如打样、跟单、出货、订舱、单证、收款等。带领家纺成品部的团队工作。

2. 参加相关展会，发掘潜在的销售机会，把握产品流行趋势。并协助公司办展工作。

3. 接待外销客户的巡厂，重点客户的维护和需求挖掘，并进行交互与谈判。

4. 开发并销售新的市场机会和新客户，率领团队完成业绩指标。

5. 和设计部协同，对家纺产品的开发提供支持。

6. 汇总并分析数据定期向公司汇报，并制定相应的计划。

要求：

1. 大专以上学历。

2. 至少5年以上的家纺行业外贸经验，熟悉相关出口业务操作流程；2年以上的窗帘、靠垫等家纺成品的管理经验；熟悉窗帘的关键流程，印、染、绣花、加工方式等。

3. 积极主动，富有冲劲和进取心。

4. 具有良好的沟通能力，英文良好；

5. 开拓进取、吃苦耐劳、认真负责并有承受较强压力的能力；

6. 有良好的沟通协调能力，有解决突发事件的应变能力。

Business Manager-Home Textile Department

Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage the business key processes like sampling, merchandising, delivery, shipping, documentations and receivables.

2. Participating in fairs and exhibitions to explore sales opportunities, and grasp the product trend. Support the company to exhibit in the key home textile fairs.

3. Travel and work with the overseas customers to visit factories; maintain key customers relationship and develop the business opportunity;

4. Develop new sales opportunities and new customers; and lead the team to achieve the company’s performance goal.

5. Support, coordinate, collaborate with the design department to develop new products

6. Analyze data and report to the company timely; and make plan accordingly.

Requirements

1. College degree or above

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in the home textile industry, 2 years in managing experience and solid experience background in ready-made curtain and cushion. Familiar with the key processes of ready-made curtain, such as printing, embroidery, solid dyed and various pleat methods.

3. Be proactive and aggressive

4. Work independently, responsible and supervisory skills

5. Good command in both written and verbal English

6. Good communication and organizational skills
