Cost Accounting - professional design services company
Salary: salary on application
Location: shanghai
The company
- Offer on-trend professional design services for corporate offices and hotels world-wide
- Distribute and sell interior design and construction products
- Has more than 10 branch offices located in China
The role
- Establish and evaluate the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems
- Renew bill of material standard costs
- Report on break-even points by products, work centers and factories
- Report on margins by product and division
- Analyze capital budgeting requests
- Complete cost accumulation tasks as a member of the target costing group
- Accumulate overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance or similar
- Three-year cost accounting experience or related experience in the property and construction engineering industry
- Certified Management Accountant license
- Oral and written communication skills
