The role
- Perform financial forecasting and share findings with the senior leadership teams.
- Review meetings to discuss challenges and risks facing the organization
- Outlines key financial measurements and models and leads planning meetings and works cross-functionally
- Make financial decisions by finance software
- Prepare income statements and conduct financial analysis, manage the budget of the company
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, business or finance or similar
- Minimum working experience in property & construction engineering of 5 years
- Relevant certifications, such as CPA or CFA
- Knowledge of accounting and finance
- Outstanding communication skills, analytical capabilities and business acumen
- Good written and oral English
