职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责客服团队的搭建、日常管理、监督、指导、培训和评估；
2、负责带领客服团队完成销售业绩，负责客服部门销售目标的分解和落实；
3、负责建立客户关系维护相关办法，带领团队定期对客户进行回访，维护客户关系，增加客户粘度；
4、负责客户相关的数据分析，优化服务流程，提高转化率；
5、与运营、商品、市场等各部门紧密配合，协调沟通。
任职要求：
1、两年以上客服经验，一年以上客服管理经验，带过7人以上团队优先；
2、具备较强的应变能力、协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题；
3、具备良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心，工作积极主动，具有良好的情绪自我调节能力和抗压能力； 举报 分享
