Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to enhance organizational and leadership development of the Company through formulating and recommending directions, anticipating the training needs of the brand, deploying and cultivating a positive organizational learning culture.
• Responsible for formulating training plans, ensure the effectiveness of training policies and processes to support organizational learning to achieve Company’s expectations and corporate objective.
• Implement and evaluate classroom and field training programs to build a professional and effective customer service and retail sales team.
• Direct and drive excellence in professional training for the sales team, such as new hire orientation, product and leadership skills training and re-training, etc.
• Monitor overall quality of field service coaching delivery at shop level to ensure that the sales team’s customer service, consulting techniques and business focus are consistent with mission of business units.
• Assist in presentation at seminars or members’ events as required.

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Management / Training and Development or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic training and organization development, preferably in the Beauty / Luxury / hospitality / FMCG or related retail sector.
• Excellent knowledge of competency related development interventions and a strong business partnering orientation will be key success.
• Able to work independently and persistent in achieving goals of business units.
• Must be able to work under pressure and be service-oriented with good interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, committed and resourceful with experience in the implementation of People Developer Standards.

· Excellent command in English and Chinese, both written and spoken is a must.

• Computer literate in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint.
• Immediate available is preferred.
