We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Headhunter to join our brand new high spec office with projected head count of 120 staff. This is a unique opportunity to join at phase 1 and locally develop a business with International support and branding.
The medical system reform in China has accelerated the needs for talents in the medical industry, making it one of China's fastest growing and profitable sectors. Randstad have global key accounts in health care and we need a team of dedicated industry specialists to both service these key clients and develop new accounts.
We are looking for industry experts either from either a business development, sales or scientific engineering background to join our team of talented recruiters to help service this massive growth area. With your industry knowledge and network you will be a sure success.
With a scope covering the greater Shanghai area you will be fundamental in the introduction here in Shanghai of what is globally one of our most established and successful sectors. To help you, we currently have a team of international experts in this field to help penetrate the market and assist with market knowledge and business development.
Your role
1. Establish a strong position in search and selection in specialist sectors and profiles
2. Build a business which focuses on mid to senior positions (high quality, high volume)
3. Full responsibility for budget, P&L and results
4. Quick expansion to gain market share
5. With support from Global HQ establish a brand name across a number of new sectors
6. Build a strong team culture in line with the Randstad values
