Report to: HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Be HR generalist to implement people strategy for China Region. Responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment, employee performance development, analyze personnel resources, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
1. Responsible for the rolling HC plan to ensure it meets business needs, and assist to create / update JD & O-chart
2. Develop & implement recruitment process, including the suitable resources of recruitment channel, screen / interview candidates, employment process for new employee, etc.
3. Expand employer branding, build talent funnel
Performance development
4. Carry out performance review process, including the KPI setting, mid-year/annual performance appraisal.
5. Assist to develop & implement employee communication plan and performance improvement program, improving team or personal performance for specific team effectively
Personnel resources analysis
6. Implement monthly HR reports, such as turnover report, headcount & cost summaries, exit interview summaries, etc.
7. Analyzes data and makes recommendations to management based upon analysis.
Employee Relations
8. Proceed labor contract management, on-board and exit procedures.
9. Assist business department for employee relationship handling, staffing process management
10. Design & organize company level engagement campaign, assist business on engagement survey/analysis/improvement plan implementation
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years above Human Resources experience, and at least 3 years’ experience in recruitment roles
2. Familiar with labor laws and the local government and organizations.
3. Good communication /listening skills, and presentation skills are essential.
4. Be able to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
5. Workable both written and spoken English, and good PC skills
6. Good sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
7. Location in Kunshan
