Duties and Responsibilities
Executes work in accordance with Company procedures and guidelines, and ensure that data generated for reports are complete, valid, timely, relevant, accurate and up to date
Cooperate with PwC to complete the accounting audit work
Assists/carries out other accounting functions if and when required
Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
Reviews backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in quality and efficiency, and support implementation efforts initiated by Management
Familiar with the budget control
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma/Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting or related field
At least2 years working experience in GL management and/or other accounting functions.
Familiar with ERP management system, such as SAP and EPICOR.
Experience in a MNC environment will be an added advantage
Good computer skills, with practical knowledge of Windows and Windows based applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High level of integrity, with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
A good team-player and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment
