职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
？ Be responsible for the Dunlop/Ardex brand technical service, Products and Installation training internal and external.
？ Develop the training materials and facilitates to ensure the training professional, helpful and easy to learn.
？ Offer the training seminar and technical service regularly or by the request internally and externally.
？ As the key initiator on product application study, to better satisfy local application demand, provide more advance solution into market.
？ Regular visit jobsite, and offer jobsite technical service by the demand.
？ Strong sales support to sales team to boost the market share from technical and training perspective.
？ Assistant sales team to approach potential key customers, improve existing customers’ loyalty via offering more training and technical service.
？ Initiate and improve the product datasheet, Products introduction, application solution, jobsite mock up, and sample based on Sales team and customer demand.
？ Other task assigned.

Personal Skills
？ Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
？ Be stronger on Problem solving/trouble shooting
？ Be passionate, aggressive,
？ Can work well under pressure.
？ Like to study new knowledge

Functional Skills:
？ Bachelor degree or above
？ Be familiar with office software, especially PPT skills. Will be a plus if can use the drawing tools
？ 3 years or above working experience in building material industry, including at least 2 years’ experience in training or technical service field. Preferred in dry mixed mortar industry.
？ Familiar with Chinese Standard of Tiling, and Waterproofing 举报 分享
