Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, validate sales forecast, translate and prioritize customer needs to engineering requirements, generate business opportunity proposal to drive new products
- Develope new product go-to-market strategy, create sufficient selling tools, and conduct train- the-trainer program to support successful product launch
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify existing product improvement opportunity and amend go-to-market strategy
- Conduct product portfolio analysis, identify product gaps, recommend product improvement actions, form product roadmap and product portfolio strategy
- Develop product application strategy and conduct technical support for mega projects
Requirement:
Education Required:
· Major in HVAC&R or marketing
· MBA as plus
Work Experience:
· 8+ years working experience in VRV and unitary HVAC industry
· 5+ marketing management experience in HVAC light commercial industry
Knowledge/Skills:
· Bachelor and above
· Solid market sense and HVAC&R light commercial industry knowledge
· Good analytical thinking, strategic planning, coordination and strong execution
· Excellent presentation in both Chinese and English
Personality:
· Open-minded, getting-it-done, constructive, cooperative and expressive
