岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1.协助落实法务审计各项制度流程；制度流程制定和执行过程中的资料收集和整理保管等;
Assist to the implementation of legal and audit policies and processes; Collect and file the documents concerning the formulation and implementation of policies and processes, etc.
2.对合同（公司标准模板）的审核、校验；合同文档的归集、整理、统计和保管
Review simple contracts (company standard templates); Collect and file all contracts.
3.公司内部审计的基础性支持工作，如资产盘点及初步数据统计、比对，审计底稿的整理、分类和归档等；
Provide basic supporting work for internal audit, such as asset inventory, preliminary data statistic and comparison, working documents collection, classification and filing, etc.
4.在公司注册、变更、政府申报中向有关部门递交申报文件；
Submit documents to relevant authorities (such as company registry and change, etc.
5.知识产权申请和实施、信息安全、劳动人事等相关法律事务处理中的资料收集、文件整理等。
Collect and file the legal documents concerning the application of intellectual property, information security, employment, etc.

岗位要求：
Job Requirements:
1.法律或财务、工商管理类专业本科毕业
Bachelor degree on law
2.公司法务或相关工作经验1-2年以上
3-5 years' experience as inhouse counsel
3.英文读写能力良好
Good reading and writing English
4.计算机办公软件技能良好
Proficiency in computer office skills
5.条理清晰、善于沟通、责任感强、高效、合作、抗压力、亲和力
Clear thinking, well-organized, exellent communication, effecient, cooperative, able to work under pressure, and amiable
