职位描述
* 本职位工作地点为闵行区申富路(靠近华宁路)
Responsibilities:
- Draw up annual employment plan.
- Choose recruiting channel, collect and screen out candidates’ resume.
- First round interview with the candidates and arrange the following things, prepare offer letters.
- Update and edit job description if the position or organization changed.
- Labor contract management
- Collect and update employees’ information.
- Assist to organize and implement the training courses according to the plan.
- Develop and implement the orientation plan for new employees and OJT training program for the staff. Track and evaluate the training result.
- Assist to finish in the internal quality assessment of HR function.
- Assist to complete the annual performance review
- Check monthly payrolls;
- Coordinate HR services vender to ensure all services (including social insurance, house funding etc.) correct and in time;
- Handle insurance of supplementary medical insurance and accident insurance and claims.
- Complete the reports required by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above, with 5 years’ HR working experience
- Excellent interpersonal/organization, communication and coordination skills.
- Have team work spirit.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Well developed computer skills with knowledge of Office software.
