职位描述：
？ Lead product definition (completion of CAD) completed by Design Leader and development to ensure compliance to requirements (acceptance of customer product specification including geometry convergence)
？ Lead engineering definition in program acquisition phase, support program award.
？ Build the internal engineering schedule to match with the customer master schedule
？ Establish and manage the bill of materials
？ Enter all technical issues into a "single list of issues"，leads the PDCA for technical problem-solving. Then follow action plan to solve all technical issues (including perceived quality problems)
？ Manage engineering change through ECM process
？ Implement Faurecia standards and guidelines and manage potential conflicts with customer's standards with PoC (internal deviation approval).
？ Manage BOP definition release，Check process feasibility for BOP (validate feasibility studies of sub-suppliers)
？ Responsible for the full validation of the product and process, to reach Production Part and Process Approval (PPAP) on time and in compliance with OEM and legal requirements (S/R, Environment…)

成立于2013年4月20日，由中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司与法国佛吉亚集团共同发起成立，股权比例为50:50。

南方佛吉亚汽车部件有限公司计划投资总额超过3500万欧元（2.93亿人民币），由合资双方对等出资。新合资公司建成后将致力于包括仪表板、门板、中控台和驾驶舱模块在内的汽车内饰相关产品的开发、生产与交付，同时逐步向双方感兴趣的产品领域扩展。根据该合同，新合资公司南方佛吉亚将有助于加强和扩大佛吉亚与中国长安之间的技术合作，并致力于将合资公司打造成为面向整个中国市场的一流的零部件供应商。

未来南方佛吉亚服务的客户主要为长安福特、长安标致雪铁龙、长安马自达以及长安自主品牌。根据合同，合资双方将在深圳和杭州建立全新的工厂，同时将佛吉亚在重庆的现有工厂转移到新合资公司，并根据业务需要实施全国性布局。
