职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in conjunction with Asia Pacific Sales team and Marketing team.
2. Coordinate marketing activities within Asia Pacific region to generate leads based on product, industry or application and geographic segments.
3. Identify opportunities based on specific industries, existing customer profiles and application needs.
4. Coordinate and plan events designed to increase product awareness including but not limited to trade shows, open houses, association meetings, speaking engagements and customer visits.
5. Identify, implement and support product campaigns and regional marketing campaigns.
6. Coordinate the development and implementation of sales promotions.
7. Identify and report on specific market opportunities for products and product applications.
8. Develop and implement marketing programs designed to increase market penetration and overall market share for each specified product line.
9. Measure the effectiveness of programs and report on findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
10.Develop and analyze monthly demonstration and sales trend reports based on information from multiple data sources.
11.Make recommendations for sales efforts and marketing campaigns to improve geographic and industry specific market penetration.
12.Contact new customers to conduct surveys to obtain data relating to customer satisfaction, buying reasons, anticipated applications and other marketing information.
13.Feedback to Product Manager on developments and improvements in both hardware and software in conjunction with market requirements.

 

Qualifications:

1. Diploma/degree in mass communications or marketing or equivalent;
2. 3 to 5 years relevant experience in marketing communications or advertising/web marketing, graphic designing or marketing research or media, press and public relations;
3. Experience in design software such as Quark or Photoshop will have an advantage;
4. Excellent team player with good interpersonal and people skills.
5. High energy level and drive;
