1. Evaluate purchased parts feasibility study before sourcing;

供应商定点前评估供应商可行性分析；

2. Decision on supplier sourcing committee with exact quality data;

依据质量方面数据对供应商定点做决定；

3. Quality planning for purchased parts APQP process, follow up the purchased parts sample submit schedule. And coordinate with project team. Drive resolution of part-specific quality concerns and develop appropriate action plans with suppliers and follow up actions;

对采购件进行质量策划，开展APQP过程，跟踪样品提交，与项目组进行确认协调。主导采购件在开发过程中质量问题的方案制定与解决；

4. Try the best to make sure purchased parts can reach Hella specification;

尽全力确保采购件符合海拉标准；

5. Carry out Process Audits according to VDA 6.3 and Full run/Run@Rates at the suppliers plant;

依据VDA6.3对供应商进行试生产以及R@R审核；

6. Evaluate ISIR/PPAP report of supplier parts and give the decision to release the parts;

评价并批准供应商ISIR/PPAP报告；

7. Complaints handling for 3 months after SOP then transfer the parts to OTD phase;

初期量产阶段对供应商质量问题的处理，将项目交接给量产SQE；

8. Other job assigned by Department Manager.

部门经理安排的其他工作。

Necessary Requirements 任职资格

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, precision engineering or related disciplines;

机械方面本科学历或以上；

2. At least 5 years’ experience in the quality management area;

5年以上质量管理相关经验；

3. At least 3 years’ experience in supplier quality area in Automotive company;

3年以上汽车行业供应商质量管理经验；

4. Professional knowledge of quality-related rules within the automotive branch, such as ISO TS 16949/VDA 6 and QS 9000 incl. APQP and PPAP;

了解汽车行业质量体系方法等相关知识，如ISO TS 16949/VDA 6，QS 9000，APQP，PPAP，Control plan，FMEA；

5. Experience in quality and process control of injection molding, die casting, stamping/forming or surface treatment respectively would be an advantage;

对注塑，压铸，冲压，橡胶，表面处理等工艺的过程控制有相关经验；

6. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teamwork;

擅长独立处理项目，问题分析，协调团队合作；

7. Willingness to travel to supplier and can handle problems properly;
   适应出差，访问供应商处理问题；
8. Fluent English communication skills are necessary.
