职位描述：
主要职责：
负责现场设备的日常维护及修理，了解设备的预防性维修和检测知识，具备事先判断设备故障的能力。

岗位要求：
1. 熟悉化工企业通用设备的基本原理及维修知识。
2. 具备预防性维修知识，熟悉通过振动测量，温度检测等手段来预先判断设备的故障。
3. 熟悉化工企业的安全法规及作业许可制度。
4. 维修作业中具备环保意识，能有效杜绝乱拍乱放现象。
5. 了解维修作业中5S工作并在维修作业中执行到位。
6. 良好的团队精神。
