职位描述：
Major responsibilities
·Proactively identify new acquisition opportunities across existing and new markets
·Manage the entire deal execution from valuation, deal structuring, due diligence and negotiations to closing for acquisitions, licensing and strategic alliances
·Work closely with key internal functional heads (legal, controlling, accounting & external reporting, Investor Relations, tax, treasury and others)
·Transaction management, including general pipeline oversight and execution responsibility for M&A projects
·Support decision making process by providing strategic advice and guidance
·Support post-merger integration, planning & execution (PMI)
·Support/lead strategic initiatives and special projects

Qualifications
·Graduate, preferably postgraduate degree or other qualification in Business and/or Chemistry
·5 year + experience in a comparable M&A position in industry or in an execution role in industry team of a leading investment bank, Big4 Auditors or in a smaller boutique
·Experience with planning and executing project management, cross functions. Ideally in matrix structure
·Valuation and financial modelling skills and a high technical proficiency in finance
·Proven track record in M&A transaction management, in international environment and industry sector Chemical and/or Material Science
·High level of analytical and systematic skills, strong communication skills, proactive, self-driven, taking own initiative
