职位描述：
The requirements
1.Management--Effectively lead the technical and quality teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
2.Project management--Direct and participate in various localization projects of German technology from design into the day-to-day production
3.Process management--Ensure that standard technical documentation and BOMs are created and maintained for all products
4.Daily management--Manage time-lines and work priorities and allocate resources to meet the assigned department goals；
Support the production and quality departments with the relevant technical support as required
5.Quality management--Assist with the development and implementation of corporate quality objectives and the quality assurance program
6.Sectoral coordination--Collaborating with all departments, and working closely with purchasing staff to establish supplier quality performance criteria and monitor supplier performance.
7.Staff-managerment--Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of technical staff
8.Others--Other matters assigned by the general manager

Job requirements:
1.Major in mechanical engineering or related working experience
2.10+ years or above related working experience, three years same position work experience
3.Cheerful, hands-on and self-motivated, strong organization skills, strong sense of responsibility ,stress tolerance
4.familiar with sheet metal R & D and improved production, mold development, process control;
5.strong team management ability; organization and coordination ability, have the ability of mechanical design independently
6.proficient in Solidwork or Solidedge design software; proficient in excel/word/ppt and other office software;
7.proficient in both verbal and written English, and familiar with the professional English.
8.knowledge of quality systems and standards system, master the related quality tools and the improvement of system

      Veit Zhejiang Co., Ltd was established in 2002 in Shanghai, in 2011 the factory was relocated to Haiyan, it covers an area of approximately 1300m2. The premises consists of a factory and office building, a cantine that provides 1 freshly made meals per day, a dormitory building, exercise room, and a basketball court. We are professionally involved in product design, sheet metal manufacture, powder coating, machine manufacturing and assembly, and after-sales service.
