职位描述：
Basic Function / General Description:
? The primary responsibility of the position is to develop elevator door control software, especially door motor control software based on embedded system.

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
? As a software engineer, specific Responsibilities are;
- Design the software coding and implementation of features related with elevator door system consists of motor and position detection device.
- Motion control software with variable profile generation and position control.
- Engage with product design, requirement analysis and project estimation
- General software support, including software verification on sites.
- Creation of detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, design documentation, user’s manuals, etc.
- Develop the test plan for software features

? Job performance will be measured in accordance with;
- Correct and efficient performance of the tasks
- Complete the job on target with respect to quality, time and cost
- Support others to achieve departmental work objectives
- Creation of patent and innovation idea
- Customer satisfaction
Work experience & skills requirements:
? Experiences in software programming by using C/C++ programming tools and techniques based on embedded system
? Experiences in motor control software
? Experience of message oriented protocol programming.
? Ability to create innovation ideas and to learn advanced technology.
? Demonstrated ability to identify and deploy new technologies
? Language: CET-6 and above. Good in spoken and written English
? Computer Skills:
- Microsoft office tool set
- Assembly and C/C++ programming tools and techniques
? Other Key Competencies:
- Sense of ownership and responsibility, result oriented
- Creative and open mind, work energetic and good teamwork
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Logical thinking and pro-active
? Preferred Requirement:
- Experience with STM32 and/or Microchip processors
- General knowledge on Elevator industry
