职位描述：
Main Job Misson
*Product compliances:
Ensure product conformity with Auchan approved samples and the correct workmanship
1. Conformity sample review: attend conformity sample ( with comments) review tri-party meeting including suppliers, Auchan merchandisers and Auchan Quality (Engineer and PCs) to point out potential quality risks on production and work out improvements.( PC is incharge of the checking of workmanship and clothing assembling.)
2. Inline production checking: Plan regular inline visits to ensure product conformity with full respect of quality requirements and on time shipment. Keep international buyers in line inspection results.
3. Spudi test (Spudi sample picked up by inspector from bulk during inspection or Auchan PC during In-line inspection)
此岗位驻厂在杭州一带，如不能接受在杭州一带工作，请慎投！！全日制大专以上学历，英语听说写熟练，不符合条件者请勿投
必须熟悉水洗，前处理，后处理等流程，并能在服装生产中预先发现问题，并及时与工厂沟通处理，产品大部分为针梭织服装。
在印染厂工作过优先考虑
*In line inspection and production status checking:
Monitor production and production capacity on sites with validated manufactory by Auchan to ensure correct assembly quality and inspections (delivery) on time and first inspection pass rate.
Production quality checking:
1. Ensure quality control process of conformity on site with Auchan’s requirement (include the transmitting process of the manufactory from PPS to Bulk production )
2. Check the quality of semi / end products during production and CAP if need, and also pre-caution to PM and merchandiser
Production status checking:
1. Production Capacity checking base on Auchan product to ensure total qty ordered can match LRD w/o subcontracting
2. Monitor the initial (updated) production planning to be conducted during bulk production
3. Evaluate the risks of late delivery and pre-caution to PM and merchandiser

*Random production control

1 More than 3 years experience in Textile filed for Quality or Production Control.
2 Oral English is ok.
3 Be familiar with Euro Standard.
4 Good communication skill
