Role and Responsibilities: 1 Make G7 Coffee easy to buy and consume across a wide range of buying and consumption situation. 2 Ensure G7 Coffee are widely available (maximize geographic and store coverage) and visible at store driven by well communicated metrics that are tracked and reinforced. 3. Maximize sales productivities of G7 via effective OOS management and assortment optimization. 4. Help distributor build and optimize the route to market model. 5. Direct product assortment,pricing strategy and effectively utilize resources to drive higher profit growth for Greater China. 6. Effectively direct manage and control the business development executives supported by KPIs to maximize distribution and display prominence of G7 to deliver company's aggressive sales and profit target for China.
Requirement: 1. Year of Related Experiences 10-15 years food or beverage sales experiences preferably in FMCG Companies with at least 10 years at supervisory and managerial level. 2. People Skills Able to build team spirit,lead changes,clear roadblock,gain support,commitment and involvement of team members and distributors in line with company mission and value to drive results. 3. Sense of urgency -clear assignment of task to business development executive and distributor with deadline and proper follow-up,walk the talk,flexible with speed without compromising quality. 4. Disciplined Manager with strategic mind and priority setting capability. 5. Winning and resilient attitude. 6. Set high standards to challenge results 7. Effective communicator ( fluent Mandarin and Good English) and presentation skill in gaining support from distributor. Can speak Cantonese will be an advantage. 8. Good logical thinking with professional analytical and supervisory skills. 9. University graduate with high PC literacy
