Responsibility/Duty
? Coordinate and join customer/subcontract visits for the team.
? Administer the customer files/database.
? Processing customer orders & complains.
? Place order to subcontract and follow up on time delivery.
? Do sales recognition.
? Inquire cost from subcontract and provide cost analysis to KAMs.
? Maintain KPI records for subcontract.
? Inventory control & shipping schedule follow up.
? Maintain JDE system database and sales record input.
? Coordinate Raw material import operation.
? Any ad hoc assignment designated by the supervisor.
Qualification
? Bachelor degree
? More than 3 years’ experience in customer service or administrative function gained
with multinationals is plus
? Printing or packaging industry working experience is plus.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Mature, energetic, attentive, well organized and customer- oriented.
? Good command of English and Mandarin.
