职位描述：
Position: Hangzhou GTS Sales Manager

Responsibilities
1. Responsible to deliver the agreed revenue targets to meet the overall GTS business objectives.
2. Work with the Relationship Managers to maintain a set of sales toolkit and distribute the Cash/Trade products.
3. Support the customer BUs and network to translate the qualified opportunities into a win mandate.
4. Work with the relevant stakeholders and product management team to identify market requirements and opportunities and translate opportunities into business requirements.
5. Develop emerging talent and groom them as future senior sales managers.

Requirements

1. Master Degree/University Degree education level, preferable majored in Business Management/Economics/Finance.
2. Good command of English with the ability to read/write/speak Chinese.
3. P&L responsibilities in the GTS business as a sales specialist with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
4. Strong GTS product knowledge with strong sales and commercial orientation.
5. Able to perform in a matrix organization in a regional structure with good alignment skills.
6. Good understanding of the Chinese banking environment
7. Credit experience/knowledge (preferred)
