Role
The successful candidate will responsible for the management of trading daily operation and supplies, provide assistance in related activities of the export and quality control, exercise independent judgment in negotiating with suppliers concerning price, sample, products quality and delivery according to the customer’s requirements.
Responsibility
1. Analyse and translate the technical drawings and documents from customers
2. Carry out the daily order management, maintain and follow up the order, do pre-shipment inspection, and control the goods delivery in time
3. Search for the sourcing of automotive parts or mechanical products and the potential suppliers in China, negotiate price and prepare the quotations and suppliers list
4. Manage suppliers, review and evaluate existing supplier’s performance, identify and research new suppliers, and promote supplier quality management
5. Optimize sourcing procedures
6. Liaise with suppliers and clients for import & export
Requirements
1. Bachelor major in German with PHG
2. Fluently in English, CET6 /TEM4 or above
3. Two years working experience in trading and purchasing, preferable in a manufacturing environment
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
