? 有工厂审核和装货前验货工作经验
? 熟悉产品设计图和尺寸规格，这些产品包括塑料注塑磨具、金属冲压件和金属铸件
? 熟悉基本的注塑模型、金属冲压件和铸件以及电镀件的生产流程
? 能频繁在浙江省内的工厂出差
? 大学本科毕业 (工程类、质量类和采购管理相关专业毕业优先)

工作职位：
？ IPS集团-Weld-on公司寻源支持
1、化学品供应商搜寻和价格研究
     和总部一起建立合格供应商数据库，包括供应商位置和能力
     和总部一起制定拜访计划和合格供应商标准
     对不同供应商价格、付款条件和产品能力进行比价，推荐物美价廉风险低的货源
2、审核工厂，评估产能，给总部提供***供应商建议
3、按照总部的指示，和供应商进行议价谈判
4、作为总部和供应商沟通的桥梁，传递总部的质量要求，及时沟通，传递最新的质量改正要求。协助总部以下事项：
                    准时提交产品改正
                    换货和退货
                    第一个次样品
                    付款和报价

1、 排水管件供应商搜寻和价格研究
和总部一起建立合格供应商数据库，包括供应商位置和能力
和总部一起制定拜访计划和合格供应商标准
陪同总部人员考察工厂

2、 协助美国Plumbing公司管理供应商.

Job Description and Background Requirements

Job Description
？ IPS Corporation US Weld-On division sourcing support
o Chemical supplier identification and price research.
？ Work with US office to complete a supplier database arranged by supplier location and capabilities.
？ Work with US office to develop a plan for factory visits and selection criteria.
？ Compare pricing, payment terms and capabilities between suppliers and make recommendations regarding savings vs risk.
o Perform factory audits to assess capabilities and make recommendations to US office on which factories would be the best fit.
o Negotiate vendor relationships with guidance from US office.
o Function as a liaison between US office and suppliers to clarify requirements, facilitate communication and drive accountability for corrective actions.
？ Coordinate timely submission of corrective actions.
？ Coordinate replacement/return of defective goods.
？ Coordinate first article samples
？ Communicate payment terms and pricing

？ IPS Corporation US plumbing division sourcing support
o Plumbing product supplier identification and pricing research.

？ Accompany US office personnel during factory visits.
？ Compare pricing, payment terms and capabilities between suppliers and make recommendations regarding savings vs risk.
o Assist US plumbing division with vendor management.
？ Work directly with suppliers where quality or delivery performance or business risk demands robust corrective action and improvement.
o Function as a liaison between US office and suppliers to clarify requirements, facilitate communication and drive accountability for corrective actions.
o Assist US office in obtaining improved payment terms and pricing.

Basic Qualifications
？ Fluent spoken and written English
？ Experience conducting factory audits and pre-shipment inspections
？ Able to read and understand engineering drawing geometric dimensions and tolerances for plastic injection molding, metal stamping and metal casting/forging parts.
？ Familiar with basic plastic injection molding, metal stamping, metal casting/forging and electroplating production processes.
？ Willing and able to learn basic chemical product requirements related to the Weld-On division sourcing efforts
？ Able to travel frequently to factories within the Zhejiang province
