Basic functions of the Bartender include:

1、Making drinks to spec recipe

2、Demon strating responsible alcohol service
展示调酒过程
3、Handling cash & other forms of payment

4、Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge
展示专业的产品知识
5、Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
保持酒吧区域干净有序
6、Maintaining proper product pars–through barpulls & inventories
保证酒吧区域有适量的酒水库存
7、Stocking liquor,beer,wine and glassware throughout the shift
班次内合理储备基酒、啤酒、葡萄酒和玻璃器皿
8、Properly labeling, dating, covering and refrigerating prepped items for the bar
确保吧台混饮备料冷藏并贴上标签和日期
9、Maintaining a proper 3-compartment sink – properly sanitizing equipment, utensils, and glassware
消毒设备、器具、玻璃器皿等
10、Performing opening,closing & side duties–setting up/breaking down the bar,cleaning glass/counter tops, sweeping the floor,etc
负责吧台开档收档和营运期间的日常工作，如备料、清洗杯子和工作台、扫地等
11、Answering questions - accurately and politely

Job Requirements include:

1、Must be at least 18 years old to be employed

2、Followsall food safety&sanitationprocedures

3、Practicing all general safety standards

4、Lifting & transporting up to 50-pound containers from drystorage & beercoolers
能从仓库搬动25 公斤以内的啤酒到吧台
5、Standing, for up to 8+ hour
能持续站立8小时以上
6、Maintaining a well-groomed appearance(“having a plan”)
保持仪容仪表整洁
7、Following all uniform guidelines
遵守制服标准
8、Practicing all safety & sanitation standards
及时清理客人用过的餐具
9、Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
